CONSTRUCTION

Available in sizes from 5″ to 36″ diameters, the CIX line offers double-wall configuration with a choice of 1″, 2″, 4″, or 3″ insulation and the CAX line offers a 1″ air insulated product. For premium corrosion resistance and durability, the inner flue is constructed from 0.035″ thick 304 or 316 Stainless Steel. This is coupled with a 0.024″ thick 304 Stainless Steel or Galvalume (Aluminum-zinc coated) steel outer casing. The CIX line features the highest-quality insulation, densely packed to ensure low heat loss and maximum draft.

The Secure Stack Pro Series, Models SCL, CAX1, CIX1, CIX2, CIX4, and CIX3Z venting systems are designed to offer the ultimate in installation convenience and versatility for a variety of applications. Certified for commercial chimney and diesel exhaust applications, they are constructed of thick-gauge material for the inner pipe that provides a strong and rigid assembly. Featuring a self-centering flue extension design that significantly simplifies and accelerates the installation process.

STANDARD FEATURES

Minimal heat loss and optimal draft:

• CIX features 1″, 2″, 3″, or 4″ densely packed insulation
• CAX uses 1″ of air insulation

Clearance Ratings:

• CIX: Certified at 1″ clearance to combustibles and 2″ for grease duct applications
• CAX: Certified at 4″ clearance to combustibles

Durable Construction:

• Inner Flue: 0.035″ thick-gauge 304 or 316 stainless steel
• Outer Casing: 0.024″ thick 304 Stainless Steel or Galvalume (aluminum-zinc coated steel)

Ease of Installation:

• Patented self-centering assembly system combined with low weight simplifies and accelerates installation
• Simplified Coupling System requires only one locking band on outside of pipe and uses of a cost-effective high-temperature silicone sealant
