The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to grow Raven’s market share and strengthen client relationships. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills to deliver tailored hydronic HVAC solutions across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a $2M+ sales pipeline.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, owners, and end users.

  • Provide technical consultations, prepare detailed quotations, and deliver presentations.

  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure integrated solutions.

  • Represent Raven at client visits, trade shows, and industry events (≈50% travel).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sciences preferred.

  • 3+ years of technical sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment, or related).

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar).

  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel across BC & Yukon.
