The Role
We are seeking a Parts & Service Coordinator to take ownership of our parts and service operations. You’ll become the go-to expert for customers, suppliers, and our internal team sourcing parts, coordinating service, managing warranties, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role combines problem-solving with customer service and is key to maintaining Raven’s reputation for reliability and responsiveness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to RFQs with accurate parts quotations.

  • Source, order, ship, and track aftermarket parts; manage inventory.

  • Support customers with technical troubleshooting and warranty claims.

  • Collaborate with estimators, logistics, and service techs to deliver seamless solutions.

  • Identify upselling opportunities and promote Raven’s non-exclusive parts lines.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree in Engineering, Construction, HVAC, or related field.

  • 2+ years of customer-facing or B2B experience.

  • Experience with quoting mechanical/HVAC/plumbing parts.

  • Knowledge of hydronic heating, steam, and venting systems is an asset.

  • Logistics or shipping/receiving experience an asset.

  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP (Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar).

  • Valid driver’s license; occasional local site visits (~1/week).

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.

  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
