HOLM Coffee Roastery is a small-batch, specialty coffee brand based in Revelstoke, BC, founded by Simon Harper and Izzy Lamoureux. Inspired by their diverse roots in England and Québec, the name HOLM blends “Home” and “La Maison,” reflecting their journey to finding home in Revelstoke.

With a deep passion for flavour, art, and ethical sourcing, HOLM offers a rotating selection of high-quality coffees, combining comfort and creativity.

Open Thursday to Sunday, their cozy shop serves as both a community hub and a gateway to a globally inspired coffee experience.

Raven Supply had the opportunity to provide a high-temperature exhaust venting solution for a European-made Giesen W15A Coffee Roaster, installed in beautiful Revelstoke, BC.

We used our Secure Stack Pro along with the CIX1, which comes with 1″ insulation, perfect for high-temp cooking and roasting applications.

A factory-made venting product, it is easy to install on-site.

The end user was thrilled with how smoothly the installation went. Thanks to the modular design and variable lengths, we were able to adapt to site constraints — no headaches, no delays.

Another great example of how this product line can be used.

When starting our coffee roasting business, we needed to source ducting for our roaster. This was quite a daunting task coming from no knowledge of the differences in product or how to set up and support ducting.
