HOLM Coffee Roastery is a small-batch, specialty coffee brand based in Revelstoke, BC, founded by Simon Harper and Izzy Lamoureux. Inspired by their diverse roots England and Québec the name HOLM blends “Home” and “La Maison,” reflecting their journey to finding home in Revelstoke.
With a deep passion for flavour, art, and ethical sourcing, HOLM offers a rotating selection of high-quality coffees, combining comfort and creativity.
Open Thursday to Sunday, their cozy shop serves as both a community hub and a gateway to a globally inspired coffee experience.
When starting our coffee roasting business, we needed to source ducting for our roaster. This was quite a daunting task coming from no knowledge of the differences in product or how to set up and support ducting.
