Did you know FortisBC is offering bigger rebates until December 31st 2021? Doing their part to help businesses recover from COVID-19, FortisBC is offering $12 per, up from $9 per MBH, for 90% high-efficiency natural gas boilers.
Raven is here to help with your next project, as a member of the FortisBC Trade Ally Network and a Point of Sale Partner, we can deduct the rebate amount for Steam Boiler Upgrades off your invoice. Taking the work off your hands so your clients will see upfront savings on the total boiler price! Point of Sale rebates are not available for commercial boiler or water heater programs.
Raven has supplied two new boilers to the Tong Louie Family YMCA in Surrey. The YMCA had received $250,000 in community gaming grants, which were used to upgrade its aquatic centre including an investment in two new boilers.
Working with the contractor Alpha Mechanical, we installed two Fulton Endura+ 3000 ultra high efficiency firetube condensing boilers, alongside Grunfos Magna3 pumps with BACnet communication. These boilers offer great performance and are highly reliable and durable. They also come with a touchscreen control panel, allowing the aquatic centre to quickly configure settings for both boilers at once.
The Fulton Endura+ boilers will not only provide the YMCA with lower operational costs such as fuel savings and decreased maintenance, but they were also eligible for the FortisBC Condensing Boiler Rebate Program. FortisBC provided the owner with a rebate of $27,000 per boiler.
The Community Gaming Grants were created to provide not-for-profits with the necessary funds to purchase equipment and carry out renovations essential to their operations. With the new upgrades including our Fulton boilers, the Tong Louie Family YMCA will be able operate its aquatic centre efficiently and reliably for years to come.
People of all ages and backgrounds visit the YMCA to lead healthy and active lives and learn to swim, gaining entry into recreational swimming and aquatic sports. Raven Supply is proud to have been a supplier for this project; we look forward to seeing families in Surrey continue to access the aquatic centre and all its programs and services.
Last month, Linna attended Fulton’s Sales Training in Pulaski, New York. This training covered Fulton’s hot water boilers, steam boilers, and thermal fluid boilers over the course of three days. Linna had very high expectations going into training, and Fulton did not disappoint!
Along with building boilers Rugged, Robust, and Reliable, it will not be long until the Fulton name becomes synonymous with innovation. Even after producing boilers that are known for their quality, they continue to find ways to make their boilers even more Rugged, Robust, and Reliable. During her training, Linna had the opportunity to see Fulton’s new Endura+ (Condensing Hydronic Boiler) and VSRT (Vertical Spiral Rib Tubeless Steam Boiler). Together, these products have no less than 50 patents pending worldwide!
Although seeing the construction of the boilers was a very interesting part of the training, Linna was most impressed with the team they have at Fulton. Every individual she met shared two common attributes: They were eager to learn, and always ready to share their knowledge. With a team that values continuous growth and has the ability to effectively pass on their wealth of knowledge, it is no wonder Fulton is able to attract and retain bright individuals capable of keeping Fulton the most innovative company in the boiler industry.
Bennett and Ashley took off to the World of Disney for this year’s AHR Expo at the Orange County Convention Centre. The Centre itself is over 2 million square feet. They got to visit some of their older manufacturers, such as Bryan Boilers, celebrating their 100 year anniversary. While at the show, they also visited Fulton’s booth to view their new products offerings to come! Others visited include Security Venting, Niles Steel Tanks, Twin City Hose, and Kelvion Heat Exchange products. And of course, they met our newest manufacturer, De Dietrich Boilers!
After a few days, they went out to experience some of Disney. Magic Kingdom, The Boardwalk, and Universal Studios were on the top of their lists – and being from Vancouver, the rain didn’t bother them too much!
